Because our priority is to offer you transparent information about our products, here are our answers to your most frequently asked questions:

Delivery of a non-customized product

• Colissimo: Receive your parcel within approximately 5 to 7 working days*.
• Mondial Relay: Receive your order within approximately 6 to 8 working days*.

Delivery of a customized product

• Colissimo: Receive your parcel within approximately 7 to 10 working days.
• Mondial Relay: Receive your order within approximately 8 to 10 working days.

An email with a tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been processed. You will then be able to track the delivery of your parcel.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your parcel, you can return it within 15 days of receiving your order, for an exchange or refund. The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging and must not have been worn or used. Return costs are at our expense.
