Would you like to return a product?

You can be refunded or exchange the product.

What are the conditions?

- You have 15 days to return the product from the day you receive your package.
- The item must be clean, unwashed, and undamaged.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.

- All our returns are made via Mondial Relay and Relais Colis for metropolitan France.

- We do not take back or refund personalized and embroidered items.

If these conditions are not met, the refund cannot be issued.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

We only accept returns of products purchased on our e-shop.

You will be refunded using the same payment method as for your original order, within 3 to 12 business days following receipt of your return. A confirmation will be sent to you by email.

How much do return fees cost?

For France, the return costs €4.40, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. This amount will be deducted from the refunded amount. You have the choice to return your package via Mondial Relay or Relais Colis.

For other countries, returning a product will be at your expense. We advise you to make your returns via the national transport company and to keep your proof of deposit.

The proof of deposit certifies that your package has been taken care of by the national transport company and will be essential for any request to our Customer Service in case of loss of traceability of your return.

 

How to receive your return label?

Contact us at hortense@bazarateliersablon.com with the reason for your return and your choice of return between Relais Colis or Mondial Relay. We will send you your label immediately.
